Saturday Morning Snowfall Report

Snow lovers rejoice! A heavy band of snow led to a quick 1-5 inches of snow accumulations near the Interstate 70 corridor Saturday morning. The snow band reduced visibility and created snow covered roadways as snow was falling, but warm road temperatures help melt the snow fairly quickly once snow stopped. A lot of this snow should be melted by the end of the day with temperatures warming above freezing under mostly sunny skies.
