Weather Outlook: Foggy Start, Cooler Midweek, Chance of Flurries and Rain

After this morning's fog, mostly cloudy skies remain with highs in the low/mid 50s. Cooler air is set to arrive for the middle of the week before another warm-up next weekend. Mainly dry weather is forecast except for some flurries Tuesday evening as well as a small (20-30%) chance for rain Friday evening.
